SAEF TRAINING & EDUCATIONAL COURSES

If you are booking for a  training course, please ensure that you download and complete the form below. (Click on the form to open it). This form has to be submitted to development@saef.org.za at least 72 hours before the start of the training course.

Bookings Terms of Service

  1. Cancellations: Bookings cannot be cancelled later than 48hrs in advance. If you wish to cancel, please ensure that you have sent an email to: development@saef.org.za prior to 48 hours of your appointment. (Bookings that are not cancelled or rescheduled prior to the 48hour window will be considered booked, and non-refundable.)
  2. Booking rescheduling: Should you wish to reschedule your booking, you need to contact development@saef.org.za to arrange a new time/day. (If available)
  3. Latecomers: If you arrive late for your booking, SAEF reserves the right to deem you as a no-show and therefore the booking will be non-refundable.
  4. No-shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking, the booking will not be transferable, and it will be non-refundable.
  5. Required documents: In the case where hard copies of documents are required, you will have to ensure that you bring the required documents with you.

How to make a Booking

Step 1

Select the booking service you wish to book for from the available options.

Select Date (where applicable) and Timeslot.

Check day & time. If you would like to change, click on your selected slot and edit as required.

If you are sure of your booking selection, click on the “NEXT – YOUR DETAILS” button.

MULTIPLE BOOKINGS

Should you wish to book for more than one Pony/Person, click on the “+ADD BOOKING” button. Select your additional slot. (Please allow 5 seconds between adding additional bookings to allow the system to allocate them to you)

Select your slots and when you have completed your selections, proceed to “NEXT”

Fill in your details, Add Ponies or Persons names that you are creating the booking for. (If the booking is for you as an individual, please type “N/A” in the box.

Click on “Agree to SAEF Terms of Service

Click on “Next – Booking Summary”

Check that your booking details are correct, if not, click on “GO BACK” or else, click on “BOOK APPOINTMENT”

If your booking selection is for a free service, then you will be shown a screen to confirm your booking.

Paid Bookings

If your booking selection is for a paid service, then you will be relayed to the payment page. Here, please check your details and click “PLACE ORDER” where you will be relayed to the PayFast payment page.

Once this process is completed, you will receive an email/s to confirm your bookings.
