Bookings Terms Of Service
- Cancellations: Bookings cannot be cancelled later than 48hrs in advance. If you wish to cancel, please ensure that you have sent an email to: development@saef.org.za prior to 48 hours of your appointment. (Bookings that are not cancelled or rescheduled prior to the 48hour window will be considered booked, and non-refundable.)
- Booking rescheduling: Should you wish to reschedule your booking, you need to contact development@saef.org.za to arrange a new time/day. (If available)
- Latecomers: If you arrive late for your booking, SAEF reserves the right to deem you as a no-show and therefore the booking will be non-refundable.
- No-shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking, the booking will not be transferable, and it will be non-refundable.
- Required documents: In the case where hard copies of documents are required, you will have to ensure that you bring the required documents with you. If you do not, you may not be assisted and SAEF reserves the right to deem your booking as a no-show, and thus, non-refundable.
